- Clol 100 mg Injection lowers your blood pressure and makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body.
- Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes and heart attacks.
It may also be used to reduce the number and severity of angina attacks (chest pain caused by heart disease).
- It may cause dizziness. If this happens to you, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
It can hide symptoms of low blood sugar if you're diabetic. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly.
- Do not stop taking Clol 100 mg Injection suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Taking esmolol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Clol 100 mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Clol 100 mg Injection is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Clol 100 mg Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Clol 100 mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Clol 100 mg Injection is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function test, and potassium levels may be advised.
Clol 100 mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Clol 100 mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Half tablet per day Diabetes was in control but i heard somewhere that metfprmin is npt good for kidney dieses.as my creatinine level stays between 1.0 to 1.7 can i use only glimipiride? You can get you E-GFR. when you do s.creatinine eIf it is more than 60 then you can safely continue the same drugs if post lunch sugars are acceptable that is less than 140 mg %. Some times it is safer better to change more kidney friendly drugs and small dose of insulin.
