Take Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet by mouth, with or without food, preferably in the morning. However, it is advisable to take it at the same time each day, as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine at the dose and for the duration advised by your doctor, and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. This medication mustn't be stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor, as it may worsen your symptoms.

Common side effects of Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet include nausea, vomiting, constipation, insomnia, anxiety, and dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus if you experience dizziness or sleepiness after taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts while taking this medicine.

Furthermore, patients with depression should be closely monitored when being given Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet, as they can develop suicidal tendencies.

What should I avoid while using Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet?

Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet may commonly cause sleepiness, sedation, dizziness, blurred vision, and double vision. Avoid driving and using heavy machinery if you experience these symptoms. You should also avoid over-exercise, over-exposure to heat, or getting dehydrated by avoiding direct sunlight. It is recommended to stay indoors in hot weather and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.

Can Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet be taken by diabetics?

Ariphrenz 20mg Tablet may cause an increase in blood sugar levels. Extremely high levels of blood sugar may cause coma and death. Therefore, if you have diabetes, you should stay alert and check your blood sugar levels regularly.
