Andial liquid is used for diarrhoea.

How it works

Andial liquid belongs to a category of drugs called as anti-diarrheal used to treat diarrhea. It acts by slowing down the movement of an overactive bowel, which helps in absorption of water and salts from the body that are usually lost in diarrhea.

  • Do not take loperamide if you are allergic to it.
  • Do not take this drug if you have blood in your stools or if your stools are dark or black in colour.
