Interaction with drugs

Taking Addmir with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Life-threatening

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)

Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Mirtazapine. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 2 weeks after discontinuing Mirtazapine. Please consult your doctor.

Severe

Selegiline (Oral Route)

Do not consume Selegiline with Mirtazapine. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as tremors, fever, diarrhea or agitation and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may discontinue the medicines accordingly.

Severe

Vortioxetine (Oral Route)

Watch out for symptoms such as tremors, fever, diarrhea or agitation and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may discontinue the medicines accordingly.

Moderate

Tramadol (Injection Route)

Careful consideration is advised in case you have epilepsy. Watch out for symptoms such as tremors, fever, diarrhea or agitation and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may discontinue the medicines accordingly.
