Turb Syrup is used to relieve symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as coughing, wheezing and breathlessness. It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe.
You can take Turb Syrup with or without food. The dose will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Try to take it at the same time each day. It is important to keep taking this medicine until your doctor tells you not to. Use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit from it even if you feel well.
Turb Syrup is generally safe with little or no side effects. However, it may cause headache, fast heart rate, trembling, or muscle cramps in some people. Taking Turb with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Do not use Timolol with Terbutaline if you have asthma or COPD. Timolol may reduce efficacy of Terbutaline.
Concurrent use may cause difficulty in breathing.
If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, heart rate and potassium levels closely. They may adjust the doses as per the observations.

Do not use Propranolol with Terbutaline if you have asthma or COPD. Propranolol may reduce efficacy of Terbutaline.
