Taking Chloromycetin with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Do not consume Repaglinide with Gemfibrozil. Gemfibrozil may raise blood levels of Repaglinide.
Concurrent use may cause serious drop in blood sugar levels.
Do not consume Simvastatin with Gemfibrozil. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness and consult your doctor
Your doctor may frequently monitor your blood clotting time. Your doctor may adjust the dose and Phenindione accordingly. Gemfibrozil may increase the effect of Phenindione.
