You should always use MetaspRAY Nasal Spray as advised by your doctor. To get the full benefit of the medicine you should take it regularly. Blow your nose gently before using it, keep one nostril closed while applying the medicine into the other, and then sniff hard to make sure it reaches deep into the nose. Repeat for the other nostril.
The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, viral infection, pharyngitis, and cough. Your doctor might be able to help you cope with the side effects. In general, you should try to avoid situations which make your symptoms worse (things like pollen and dust mites) and it’s best not to smoke.
Before using this medicine, you should ask your doctor for advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is important to discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Let your doctor also know if you have any other medical conditions taking any other medicines.

- Do not use MetaspRAY Nasal Spray on deep skin wounds, blistered skin, severe burns, or large skin areas.
- Apply to the skin only. Avoid sensitive areas such as your eyes, mouth/nose, and the vaginal/groin area.
- After applying MetaspRAY Nasal Spray, remember to wash your hands (unless your hands are the treated area).
- If you are allergic to any ingredients in MetaspRAY Nasal Spray, do not use the product. If you are not sure, please consult a dermatologist.
- Do not bathe immediately after applying MetaspRAY Nasal Spray. Leave it for at least two hours after application.
- If applying this product to the feet, cover your feet with socks for the best results.
