1 . Water

Drinking lots of water helps in frequent emptying of bladder and thus reduces cramps. One should avoid caffeinated beverages and high salt foods, which can aggravate cramps by dehydrating you.

Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps to fight painful cramps. One can also choose to have other teas such as ginger root and chamomile herb also help relieve menstrual cramps.

3 . Aloe Vera Juice
