Tenfoliv Tablet is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. It is also used to treat HIV infection in combination with other anti-HIV medicines. It lowers the chances of complications, such as new infections, and improves one’s quality of life. If this infection is not treated, it can lead to severe liver damage, which can cause other life-threatening problems, such as liver failure, or may be fatal also.

In case of HIV-1 infection, Tenfoliv Tablet may reduce the risk of passing the virus to others, but the chances of infecting others still persist. Q. What should I do if I forget to take Tenfoliv Tablet
If you forget to take Tenfoliv Tablet within 12 hours of the time you usually take it, you should take Tenfoliv Tablet with food as soon as possible and resume the normal dosing schedule. If you miss a dose of Tenfoliv Tablet by more than 12 hours and it is almost time for the next dose, you should not take the missed dose and simply resume the usual dosing schedule.
