Taking Zyvec with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Clindamycin (Injection Route) Moderate

Your muscles may remain relaxed or weak for a longer than usual time. Your doctor may monitor your recovery phase. Clindamycin may increase the effect of Vecuronium.

Clindamycin (Oral Route) Moderate

Your muscles may remain relaxed or weak for a longer than usual time. Your doctor may monitor your recovery phase. Clindamycin may increase the effect of Vecuronium.

Carbamazepine (Oral Route) Moderate

Your doctor may monitor and adjust the dose of Vecuronium to promote faster recovery. Vecuronium may raise blood levels of the active form of Carbamazepine.

Amikacin (Injection Route) Moderate

Your muscles may remain relaxed or weak for a longer than usual time. Concurrent use may cause slow breathing and prolonged neuromuscular blocking effect.

Dexamethasone (Oral Route) Moderate

Talk to your doctor if you experience muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness during the simultaneous use of these medicines. Concurrent long-term use may cause muscle damage.
