Introduction
Xtane Tablet is a medicine used to treat breast cancer in women who have gone through menopause. It adjusts the level of sex hormone (estrogen) to treat early cases of breast cancer and helps in slowing down the growth of cancer cells, that need estrogen to grow.
Xtane Tablet may also be used in combination with other medicines in early breast cancer to prevent the risk of coming back. It should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time of each day. This will ensure consistent levels of medicine in the body. Most common side effects of using this medicine are headaches, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping) and joint pain. If any of these side effects bother you, consult the doctor.

What if you forget to take Xtane Tablet?
