It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Xide 25mg tablet at a fixed time.
Xide 25mg tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Uses

Xide 25mg tablet is used in the treatment of short term anxiety and alcohol withdrawal.

How it works

Xide 25mg tablet induces sleep and controls seizures or fits by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
