Some common side effects of this medicine include paresthesia, hypocalcemia, headache, hypercalcemia, nausea, hypoesthesia, diarrhea, vomiting, arthralgia, hypercalciuria, and pain in extremity. Let your doctor know if you have or have had a blood clot, heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, or had surgery on the arteries of your legs.
