How to use Tirlor Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Tirlor 10mg Tablet at a fixed time.

Tirlor 10mg tablet blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, congestion, itching, and other allergic reactions.

Expert advice for Tirlor Tablet

Do not start or continue the loratadine tablets:
  • If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to loratadine or any of the other ingredients of loratadine tablet.
  • If you have severe liver impairment.
  • If you have rare hereditary problems of sugar intolerance.
Do not drive or operate machinery after taking loratadine if you feel drowsy. Do not take loratadine tablets at least 48 hours before doing skin tests.
