How to use Rolimus Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Rolimus 10mg Tablet at a fixed time.
Avoid Rolimus 10mg Tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

  • Rolimus, like all immunosuppressants, increases the risk of infection and certain cancers. Avoid being close to people with cold, flu or other contagious illness.
  • Do not take a "live vaccine" while you are on Rolimus. The live vaccine may not work well and may not fully protect you.
  • Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
  • Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems.
  • Your doctor may ask to get Rolimus blood concentration level, to avoid side effect due to high concentrations.
  • Your doctor may ask to get kidney function test done regularly to avoid kidney damage.
