Uses

Rocubro 10mg injection is used for skeletal mucle relaxation during surgery.

How it works

Rocubro 10mg injection is a competitive neuromuscular blocker that acts by blocking the binding of acetylcholine to receptors on the motor endplate, inhibiting depolarisation.

Common side effects

Nausea, Apnea (absence of breathing), Ecg changes, Hiccup, Hypersensitivity reaction, Increased blood pressure, Decreased blood pressure, Injection site reaction, Muscle weakness, Tachycardia, Wheezing, Itching
