JMR is a method of muscle relaxant which is taught to achieve systematic relaxation in skeletal muscles. This done by a trained psychologist. Relationship issues, heartbreak, infidelity, cheating are all associated with a feeling of rejection or abandonment leading to sadness, anxiety, depression, anger and/ or frustration. Being aware that negative outcomes of relationship don't necessarily mean failure or rejection helps in overcoming the negative thoughts. Compatibility between two individuals is revealed over a period of time and in varying circumstances. Please see a psychiatrist/ psychotherapist if emotional disturbance persists.
Rocthem 10mg Injection is a medicine used during general anesthesia to relax the muscles, making it easier for doctors to perform surgery. It also helps with placing a breathing tube safely. It may be used in adults and children, including newborns.
Why do I need Rocthem 10mg Injection during surgery?
During surgery, your body needs to stay completely still so the surgeon can work safely. Rocthem 10mg Injection relaxes your muscles, including the ones used for breathing, so you will be supported by a breathing machine until the medicine wears off.
Who should not receive Rocthem 10mg Injection?
Individuals should not receive Rocthem 10mg Injection if they are allergic to rocuronium or any ingredient in the medicine, or have had a serious allergic reaction to other muscle-relaxing medicines before. Tell your doctor before the procedure so they can choose a safer alternative.
Are there medical conditions that make Rocthem 10mg Injection riskier?
Yes. Conditions that may affect how the medicine works or increase side-effect risks include kidney problems, liver, gallbladder, or bile-duct disease, heart or blood-vessel disorders, fluid retention or dehydration, low calcium or potassium, high magnesium, nerve or muscle diseases and burns or obesity. If you have any of these, your doctor will adjust the dose and monitor you closely.
What serious side effects of Rocthem 10mg Injection should I be aware of?
Although they are uncommon, Rocthem 10mg Injection can cause serious side effects such as severe allergic reactions (including sudden breathing difficulty, swelling of the face, or throat, or sharp drops in blood pressure), breathing problems (including temporary stopping of breathing, or apnea), chest tightness, or bronchospasm, and muscle weakness, or prolonged paralysis (especially in very ill ICU patients receiving steroids). These reactions are usually noticed and treated immediately during anesthesia.
Can Rocthem 10mg Injection cause long-lasting weakness?
In rare cases, especially in severely ill ICU patients receiving long-term steroids, some people may develop muscle weakness called steroid-related myopathy after receiving Rocthem 10mg Injection. Doctors will monitor strength and recovery after the medicine wears off.
Does Rocthem 10mg Injection affect my heart or blood pressure?
Some people may experience changes in heart rate or blood pressure, especially during surgery, after receiving Rocthem 10mg Injection. These changes are usually mild and monitored closely by the medical team. Severe changes are rare.
