It is better to take Promotil tr 40mg capsule empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food).
Avoid Promotil tr 40mg capsule with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Promotil tr 40mg capsule is used in the treatment of angina (chest pain), arrhythmias (abnormal heart beat), heart attack, increased blood pressure , anxiety and migraine.

How it works

Promotil tr 40mg capsule belongs to a class of medications called beta blockers. Promotil tr 40mg capsule works by blocking the action of certain natural chemicals in the body (such as epinephrine) that affect the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.
