Product introduction

Pirogesic Sublingual tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. Take it exactly as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous.

There is limited data on the side effects of Pirogesic Sublingual tablet. Let your doctor know if you experience any symptoms that bother you or worsen while taking the medication. They may be able to suggest ways to treat or manage the side effects.

Before using it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It can help relieve pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis or even after a dental (tooth-related) surgery.
Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. How to use Pirogesic Sublingual tablet

Place the tablet under the tongue or between the cheek and gum, and let it dissolve. Do not chew, crush, or swallow the tablet. Pirogesic Sublingual tablet should be taken with or after food.

Taking Pirogesic with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Tacrolimus (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your tacrolimus levels, potassium levels and kidney function closely. They may adjust the doses as per the observations.
