It is better to take Peelar 10mg tablet empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food).
Avoid Peelar 10mg tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Taking Propranolol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Peelar 10mg tablet is used in the treatment of angina (chest pain), arrhythmias (abnormal heart beat), heart attack, increased blood pressure , anxiety and migraine

How it works

Peelar 10mg tablet belongs to a class of medications called beta blockers. Peelar 10mg tablet works by blocking the action of certain natural chemicals in the body (such as epinephrine) that affect the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.
