Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pantra 50 mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Pantra 50 mg Capsule may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pantra 50 mg Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pantra 50 mg Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Pantra 50 mg Capsule may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

If you miss a dose of Pantra 50 mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
