    Minoz er 65mg tablet is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

    • Minocycline should be given with caution in elderly patients with renal impairment.
    • The tablet should be taken at about the same time each day.
    • Do not give minocycline to children younger than 12 years of age.
    • Minocycline can make you sunburn more easily, avoid exposure to sunlight or tanning beds and wear appropriate clothing and use sunscreen.
    • Do not take iron supplements, multivitamins, calcium supplements, antacids, or laxatives within 2 hours before or after taking minocycline. These products can make minocycline less effective.
