Uses

Mezaril 200mg tablet sr is used in the treatment of mania (abnormally elevated mood) and epilepsy.

How it works

Mezaril 200mg tablet sr controls seizures or fits by suppressing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Vomiting, Nausea, Anxiety, Back pain, Chest pain, Memory impairment, Confusion, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Dry mouth, Headache, Heartburn, Unsteadiness, Vision disorder, Yellow discoloration of skin, Yellow discoloration of eye, Constipation, Diarrhoea

  • Carbamazepine can make birth control pills or implants less effective. Use a barrier form of birth control (such as a condom or diaphragm with spermicide) to prevent pregnancy while taking this medicine.
  • Carbamazepine can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby. You should not breast-feed while you are using this medicine.
