How to use Melzap Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Melzap 1mg Tablet at a fixed time.

How Melzap Tablet works

Melzap 1mg tablet is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

  • If you are taking Melzap for the treatment of insomnia and anxiety, it should not be used more than 4 weeks.
