Maxorest 0.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day, as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. They may adjust the dose of Alprazolam as per the observations. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness.

Indinavir (Oral Route)

Do not consume Alprazolam with Indinavir. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as dry mouth, blurred vision, headache, drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, nausea, or sedation and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Indinavir may raise blood levels of Alprazolam.

Clozapine (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, tremors, sleep disturbances or mood changes and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations.
