How to use Lipezet Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Lipezet 10mg Tablet at a fixed time.

Lipezet 10mg tablet reduces the cholesterol absorption from the intestine and lowers the levels of cholesterol in the body.

  • Do not start ezetimibe, if you are allergic to ezetimibe or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
  • Do not start ezetimibe, if you have liver disease.
  • Avoid taking ezetimibe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Do not start or continue ezetimibe, if you are taking medications like cyclosporine, warfarin, phenprocoumon, acenocoumarol or fluindione, colestyramine, fibrates.
  • Ezetimibe can cause dizziness and, therefore, caution has to be taken before operating an automobile or machinery or engaging in activities requiring mental alertness and coordination.

isease. No dose adjustment of Lipezet 10mg Tablet is recommended.
Lipezet 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lipezet 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Use of Lipezet 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.

Missed Dosageuses
