Taking Lefde with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route)

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) should not be used while undergoing treatment with Leflunomide or for up to 6 months after stopping Leflunomide.
Life-threatening

Natalizumab (Injection Route)

Do not consume Natalizumab with Leflunomide.
