Kclose 100mg Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with food, as advised by your doctor. It is usually taken about 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. The time it takes to work may vary from person to person, but it typically starts working within 30 minutes to 1 hour. This medicine will help you achieve an erection only if you are sexually stimulated. It should not be used if you do not have erectile dysfunction. Do not take more than one dose in a day.


The most common side effects of this medicine are flushing (sense of warmth), headache, dizziness, blurred vision, muscle pain, stomach upset, and rash.
