Uses of Ionozem Tablet

Ionozem 60mg Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure, chest pain (Angina) and arrhythmias.

Headache, Nausea, Fatigue, Dizziness, Feeling of discomfort, Dyspepsia, Stomach pain, Peripheral edema, Constipation, Redness of skin, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk).


How to use Ionozem Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ionozem 60mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Ionozem Tablet works

Ionozem 60mg Tablet is a calcium channel blocker. It blocks the action of calcium on the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces blood pressure and abnormally fast heartbeat which lowers strain and oxygen requirement of the heart.

or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Ionozem 60mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ionozem 60mg Tablet is recommended.

However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine.
