Speedral is a folic acid and schelcal is calcium tablet. folic acid is given to pregnant ladies to protect there babies from neural tube defects and schecal as a calcium supplementation to provide a women calcium supplementation to protect then from bone loss during pregnancy and breastfeeding. calcium can be given to non pregnant ladies and men too in case they have documented calcium deficiency or symptoms suggestive of deficiency.
