Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Gynapres L Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Gynapres L Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Gynapres L Tablet is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for better dose adjustment.
Gynapres L Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Gynapres L Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Labetalol is not known to interact with Benadryl (anti-allergy)/ tums (antacid)/ Sudafed (cough medication)/ phentermine (appetite suppressant). Labetalol is known to interact with ibuprofen (pain killer)/ tylenol (pain killer) / aspirin (pain killer)/ paracetamol/ aleve (pain killer). Labetalol interacts with a variety of drugs and hence the doctor's advice must be strictly followed on taking any drug along with it
