Side effects associated with the use of Flunarin 5 Tablet include muscle pain, fatigue, constipation, nausea, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), and a runny nose. Some other side effects that may be seen on taking this medicine are increased appetite, depression, stomach discomfort, and breast pain.

• Do not take Flunarin 5 Tablet to treat an acute attack of migraine.
• Some tips that may help you avoid a migraine attack include having your meals at the same time every day; avoiding bright lights and extreme temperatures; avoiding loud music and noisy places; avoiding chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking; and getting sufficient sleep and avoiding stress.
• Take Flunarin 5 Tablet at nighttime before going to bed.
• It may cause sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how Flunarin 5 Tablet affects you.
• Notify your doctor if you develop a skin rash, muscle aches, tremors, difficulty moving, or abnormal, uncontrolled movement.
