Product introduction

Fesobig 8 Tablet ER may be taken with or without food. However, take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor to get the most benefit. It is also advised to take this medicine at the same time each day to avoid missing a dose. Do not not stop taking the medicine without consulting the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. The course of the treatment should be completed for better efficacy of the medicine.

The most common side effects of Fesobig 8 Tablet ER are dry mouth and constipation. Drinking plenty of water might help you cope with these side effects. Sometimes, Fesobig 8 Tablet ER may also make you feel dizzy or sleepy or blur your vision; in such scenarios, do not drive or do things that require concentration. Consumption of alcohol must be avoided as alcohol can aggravate the side effects of this medication. If any of the side effects persist or get worse, consult the doctor.

Taking Fesobig with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Severe

Voriconazole (Oral Route)

Do not consume Fesoterodine Fumarate with Voriconazole. Your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Voriconazole may raise blood levels of the active form of Fesoterodine Fumarate.

Fesobig 8 Tablet ER may be prescribed to children six years old and older who weigh more than 25 kg, and have a neurogenic bladder condition (meaning bladder control issues caused by nerve damage). The dose for children is decided carefully by the doctor based on weight and tolerance.
Individuals should not take Fesobig 8 Tablet ER if they are allergic to it, or any ingredients present in it, have urinary retention (cannot empty the bladder), gastric retention (stomach empties very slowly), or uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma. Serious risks with Fesobig 8 Tablet ER use include allergic swelling (angioedema) of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, which can cause breathing trouble. It may also lead to urinary retention, worsening constipation, worsening of glaucoma, blurred vision, or drowsiness. If you experience these symptoms, stop the product, and contact your doctor or emergency care immediately.
Fesobig 8 Tablet ER can worsen narrow-angle glaucoma or cause blurred vision in some people. If you notice eye pain, sudden blurred vision, or halos around lights, seek medical help right away. Tell your doctor if you are being treated for glaucoma before starting this product.
If you have a bladder blockage, or severe constipation, Fesobig 8 Tablet ER may worsen your condition. This product slows bladder and stomach activity, so people with these problems should use it only under a doctor’s supervision, or may need a different treatment.
If you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, or have trouble breathing, stop taking Fesobig 8 Tablet ER and seek emergency medical help immediately. These could be signs of a severe allergic reaction (angioedema).
