Expent 250mg Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Simply take the next dose as planned.

Some people may experience headaches, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting as side effects of this medicine. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration.

You may be monitored with blood tests and liver function tests throughout your treatment. Expent 250mg Tablet should be used with caution in individuals with liver disease. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all parasites are killed and do not become resistant. This medicine is generally safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding, but you should ask your doctor.

Aminophylline (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor Aminophylline levels along with your overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Pyrantel Pamoate may raise blood levels of Aminophylline.
