Dr.Gesic 75mg Tablet SR should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease or stroke.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, indigestion, flatulence, decreased appetite, headache, and dizziness. Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems.


Dr.Gesic 75mg Tablet SR should be used with precaution in patients with asthma and cardiovascular bleeding. This medicine is contraindicated for the treatment of perioperative pain in the setting of  coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine as it may cause harmful effects to the developing baby.

Taking Dr.Gesic with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
