Interaction with drugs

Taking Dorimed with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Severe

Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route)

Do not consume Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) two weeks before and at least 10 days after consuming Doripenem. Please consult your doctor. Doripenem may reduce the efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated).
Moderate

Probenecid (Oral Route)

Do not consume Doripenem with Probenecid. Probenecid may raise blood levels of Doripenem.
Moderate

Phenindione (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor your blood coagulation status and adjust the dose of Phenindione accordingly.
Moderate

Warfarin (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor your blood coagulation status and adjust the dose of Warfarin accordingly.
