If you miss any doses, take it as soon as you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Pregnancy

Depnon 10mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body.

Driving

UNSAFE

Depnon 10mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
As Depnon 10mg Tablet can make you feel drowsy and can cause blurred vision and this may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

CAUTION

Depnon 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Liver

CAUTION

Depnon 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Interaction with drugs

Taking Depnon with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Life-threatening

Moclobemide (Oral Route)

Do not consume Moclobemide with Mianserin. If Moclobemide is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 week after discontinuing Mianserin. Please consult your doctor.

Life-threatening

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)

Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Mianserin. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of At least 2 weeks after discontinuing Mianserin. Please consult your doctor.

Moderate

Clozapine (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor your blood cell count and adjust the doses as per the observations.

Moderate

Linezolid (Oral Route)

Do not consume Linezolid with Mianserin. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as tremors, fever, diarrhea or agitation and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure frequently.
