Take the drug orally in the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. Prefer taking it right before retiring to bed with at least 7 hours remaining before the planned time of awakening. Do not take it if you fall asleep often at unexpected times (narcolepsy).

Avoid taking excessive dosage, as this medicine may have an addictive potential; therefore, use it for short periods as prescribed. Do not increase the prescribed dosage by yourself. If your condition worsens or does not improve within 7 to 10 days, report to your doctor immediately.

Never self-medicate at home, and do not start taking this medication on a regular basis without a confirmed diagnosis of a sleep disorder. dAYVigo 10mg Tablet may cause some side effects, such as daytime sleepiness, tiredness, and bad dreams during sleep. Consult the doctor right away in case of worrisome episodes.

Inform the doctor about your complete medical history, including the history of depression, mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse, daytime sleepiness, sudden onset of muscle weakness, lung or breathing problem, liver problem, pregnancy, breastfeeding, use of concomitant medicines, allergies, surgery, cardiac problem, or any other underlying medical condition. This information will help the doctor formulate your treatment plan better.
