Introduction of Cisade Suspension

Cisade 1 mg Suspension is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and constipation. It helps to increase gastric emptying of both liquids and solids.

Cisade 1 mg Suspension also provides relief from abdominal pain and nausea but due to the side effects associated with the medicine, its use has been discontinued and sale of this drug is banned.

How to use Cisade Suspension

How Cisade Suspension works

Cisade 1 mg Suspension indirectly stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that can increase the motility of the intestine.

Expert Advice

  • Do not take cisapride if you have history of irregular heartbeats, heart disease, kidney disease or lung disease.
  • Stop taking cisapride and contact your doctor immediately if you faint, become dizzy or develop any other unusual symptoms.
  • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Never take more than the recommended dose of cisapride as it can adversely affect normal heartbeat of an individual.
  • Do not drink alcohol or take medicines called benzodiazepines along with cisapride as they can cause excessive drowsiness.

Feeling pain of both kidneys suspecting may be due to swollen kidney but not due to kidney stones. Taking potrate mb6 syrup, cystone tablets for kidney stones. Ursocol 300, evion 400 for fatty liver nd high SPGT levels. Please suggest how to deal with this as am confused due to both problems at a time nd interlinked.I Stopped taking feburic 40 tablets after finding high SPGT levels.Please suggest an advise
