Cardiostrep 750000IU Injection helps break down blood clots in blood vessels, thereby treating conditions such as heart attack, pulmonary embolism, and stroke.
It should be given as soon as possible (within 12 hours) after the onset of a heart attack.
It is usually given by your nurse or doctor as an infusion (drip) into a vein.

Apixaban (Oral Route)

Do not consume Apixaban with Streptokinase. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for bleeding and consult your doctor immediately. Streptokinase may increase the effect of Apixaban.

Urokinase (Injection Route)

Do not consume Streptokinase with Urokinase. If Streptokinase is essential, ensure a gap of At least 5 days between taking Streptokinase and Urokinase. Please consult your doctor. Urokinase may reduce the efficacy of Streptokinase.
