Taking Aramide with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Life-threatening

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route)

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) should not be used while undergoing treatment with Leflunomide or for up to 6 months after stopping Leflunomide.

Life-threatening

Natalizumab (Injection Route)

Do not consume Natalizumab with Leflunomide.

Severe

Azathioprine (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations.
