You should take Apotab 2 Sublingual tablet exactly as instructed by your doctor. This medicine is designed for sublingual use, which means it must be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve completely without swallowing it. Swallowing reduces its effectiveness because the medicine works best through absorption under the tongue.

Common effects include nausea, headache, and dizziness. They are usually mild and short-lived. If dizziness occurs, it helps to sit or lie down until it passes. You should avoid alcohol close to the time of taking the medicine because it can reduce sexual performance and increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness or low blood pressure. 

Before starting Apotab 2 Sublingual tablet, let your doctor know about any medical conditions you have, especially your heart condition. • Take Apotab 2 Sublingual tablet about 20 minutes before sexual activity. Erections usually begin within this window, but timing varies from person to person.
• Avoid alcohol as it can weaken your erection and increase side effects like dizziness or low blood pressure, reducing the effectiveness of the medication.
• If you feel lightheaded, sweaty, nauseous, or faint, lie down immediately and raise your legs until the feeling passes. Do not stand up suddenly during such symptoms.
• Do not combine with other erectile dysfunction medicines. Using Apotab 2 Sublingual tablet with other erectile dysfunction treatments or nitrate medications can be risky and is not recommended.
