Erectile dysfunction is the condition in which a man is unable to maintain an erection of the penis that is sufficient for sexual intercourse. A person may be able to get an erection while masturbating but fails to get an erection when he is with the sexual partner. There are many reasons for this condition. It includes narrowing of the blood vessels to the penis, changes in hormones, anxiety, depression, relationship problem or any injury. Tips for controlling ED: Dried dates offer good strength to the body and have the ability to increase sexual drive in humans. Mix a handful of dried date, pistachio nuts, almonds and quince seeds in equal proportions and then pound them into fine powder. Mix this powder in a glass of milk and consume it daily to see effective results.
Iam taking tablets since 15 years for alternate date Fludac 10mg and trouptomer 10mg . Becase some reasion Dr. Prescribed. Then about six month iam live tablet. Because iam taking restial .25 mg tablet daily Every five days i taken fludac and trouptomer . If iam not taken in every five days then i suffer head acche. So please suggest me what to do doctor
Dr. Jyoti Kapoor Madan
Psychiatrist
Based on your clinical history, your doctor plans the type of medicine and it's dose and duration. For first episode of anxiety/ depression/ panic, the usual maintenance phase is 6 months of asymptomatic period, after which medicines can be gradually tapered. But treatment may need to continue longer depending on severity and frequency of episodes. To take any decision to change medication or stop them, several factors have to be taken in account for which regular follow up with your psychiatrist is important. For second opinion, seek a proper consultation with another psychiatrist and take along your previous prescriptions. I don't see any logic using these medicines on alternate day basis. This is irregular treatment which can't do much good.
