How to use Alp Tablet

I had given birth to a baby by sigerian process about 8 month back. During pregnancy there was too much swelling on my body, specially on feet,hands,face and neck while my all reports were normal and BP was also normal. After delivery swelling on my body reduced but not completely but my stomach did not get reduced. Now after 7 months of delivery I started some light exercises but I feel too much pain in my knee and back, also felt swelling in my feet again. So my points for consultation are- 1- Swelling in body 2 - Stomach did not reduced after delivery 3 - pain in back and knees I am mentioning here that I feed my baby since birth.
