Taking AFNK with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Do not consume Diclofenac with Heparin. If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Diclofenac may increase the effect of Heparin.

Hence, it is advised to avoid using AFNK AQ Injection during the first 6 months of pregnancy also. In some cases, AFNK AQ Injection may be prescribed in pregnant women only if the benefits outweigh the risks involved with its use in pregnant women.
