I've been suffering from asthma since my childhood. I'm currently using Asthalin and budecort 0.5mg repsules. Though my symtoms are fully controlled on use, they reappear later during the day (or early after waking up). I'm currently using these twice a day to keep the symptoms away. At times, though the symptoms are controlled, they reappear due to any slight physical exertion post control of symptoms. I often get a feeling that use of diary products in my diet is one of the triggers,
