Arthritis is the inflammation of one or more joints and can affect anyone at any time, though most commonly affect the elderly. 6 . Include iron and magnesium rich foods such as apricots, bananas, beans, oatmeal, brown rice, and green leafy vegetables to eliminate the pain. 

7 . Choose an extra-virgin olive oil for cooking as it contains a compound called oleocanthal that blocks the enzymes that cause inflammation, which in turn helps to significantly reduce joint pains.
