1 . Fenugreek (Methi)
An elixir for fighting various skin problems including wrinkles. Its leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals which get absorbed by the skin easily. Wrinkles and fine lines can be treated if this remedy is used regularly.
-Grind fenugreek leaves to form a thick paste. Apply it to the face and leave overnight. Wash it off with lukewarm water in the morning.
-You can also wash your face with fenugreek seeds boiled in water or apply fenugreek oil in areas of wrinkles and fine lines.
2 . Cucumber And Yoghurt
Cucumber is rich in B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and zinc. Loaded with such a great no. of nutrients it adds immense value to the skin. It tightens, lightens, hydrates and tones the skin. It prevents skin from drying, cracking or peeling and also prevents wrinkles.
-Prepare a mixture of cucumber juice and mint leaves. Mix it in a half cup of yoghurt.
-Preserve this paste in the fridge and use it as a hydrating mask to your face thrice a week.
3 . Aloe Vera
The aloe vera plant contains malic acid that helps reduce wrinkles by improving the elasticity of your skin
-Cut an aloe vera leaf and extract its gel. Apply the fresh gel on th affected areas of the face and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.

4 . Olive Oil
Olive oil is a rich source of anti-oxidants like vitamins A and E. It is used as massage oil which helps skin to get rid of free radicals. It moisturizes repairs and regenerates skin cells providing long lasting protection to the skin.
-Mix equal amounts of olive oil, glycerin and honey.
-Apply this to the skin twice daily to eliminate wrinkles and dead cells.
5 . Almonds
Almonds are rich in Vitamin E, iron, zinc, calcium, folic acid and oleic acid. These nutrients provide a cumulative effect of delaying the aging process and thereby prevent wrinkles.
-Soak some almonds in milk overnight.
-In the morning, remove the skin and grind the mixture to a paste.
