How to use Forglyn Plus Inhaler

इस्तेमाल करने के पहले लेवल की जांच कर लें. इनहेलर को हिलाएं. जब आप मुंह से सांस ले रहे हैं, इनहेलर को नीचे से दबाएं, जिससे एक बार दवा निकल जाती है और फिर 10 सेकंड तक अपनी सांस रोक कर रखें. जब तक आप डॉक्टर द्वारा बताए गई संख्या तक पफ ना इन्हेल कर लें तब तक दोहराते रहें. उसके बाद, पानी के साथ अच्छी तरह से कुल्ला करें और फिर पानी को थूक दें.

How Forglyn Plus Inhaler works

Forglyn Plus Inhaler is a combination of three medicines : Glycopyrrolate, Formoterol, and Budesonide. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic medication. यह मस्तिष्क में रासायनिक मैसेंजर (एसिटाइलकोलीन) की क्रिया को अवरुद्ध करके काम करता है. फोर्मोटेरोल ब्रोन्कोडाइलेटर होता है. यह वायु मार्गों की मांसपेशियों को आराम देकर और और वायुमार्गों को विस्तारित करके काम करता है. इससे सांस लेने में आसानी होती है. बडेसोनाइड एक स्टेरॉयड है जो शरीर के केमिकल मैसेंजर के उत्पादन को रोकता है जिसके कारण इन्फ्लेमेशन (सूजन और लाली) तथा एलर्जी होता है.
