Zenclor 125mg Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections
It is used in serious bacterial infections of various body parts like urinary tract, skin and soft-tissue, blood, brain and lungs (pneumonia). It is also used to prevent infections after surgery.

How to use Zenclor Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Zenclor 125mg Tablet at a fixed time.

How Zenclor Tablet works

Zenclor 125mg tablet is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It prevents bacteria from making their own protective cell wall. This causes the bacteria to rupture and finally death.

  • Never take an antibiotic for a viral infection like a cold or the flu.
  • Can lead to nausea and diarrhoea frequently. If this becomes severe or persistent or you notice that your stool contains blood or mucus you should stop taking Zenclor immediately and consult your doctor.
  • Inform your doctor if you develop a rash or other unexpected symptoms.
  • Inform your doctor if there is the previous history of drug allergy.
  • Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems.
